Germany’s ToF Feuerwerk Claims The International Fireworks Championship Gold

Germany’s ToF Feuerwerk claims both People’s Choice AND Overall Champion trophies at the 2023 Inaugural International Fireworks Championship in Traverse City, Michigan. The competition consisted of teams from the France (Fêtes et Feux), Mexico (Fantastika Pirotecnia), USA (Author Rozzi Pyrotechnics), and Germany (ToF Feuerwerk).

The event was held at Turtle Creek Stadium in Traverse City, Michigan. Tickets sold out in less than an hour for the first round. Additional tickets were made available after organizers likely realized there was far more interest in the event than initially thought. Those tickets also sold out within an hour giving 6,000 attendees the opportunity to witness four countries battle it out in the skies. We attended the show with unknown expectations as this is the competition’s inaugural event. From our seats, it was SPECTACULAR! All four teams rocked the small stadium with thunderous mortars and choreographed comets, mines, and slices. It was quite a show! The video’s do not do this event justice but it’s the best I could capture for you. Make sure to attend this event next year. There WILL be a next one!

Videos posted below in the order displayed in the competition.

Germany – ToF Feuerwerk

France – Fêtes et Feux

Mexico – Fantastika Pirotecnia
